Both parties must agree to participate and each pay a small fee.
An arbitration agreement is signed at the Beis Hora’ah so that the Beth Din will ultimately be able to issue an arbitration award which can be made an order of court.
The case is heard by a single Dayan with up to three hearings.
Following the hearing(s) a written psak will be sent to the parties within
15 working days.
